- This super small mono amplifier is surprisingly powerful - able to deliver up to 2.5 Watts into 4-8 ohm impedance speakers. Inside the miniature chip is a class D controller, able to run from 2.0V-5.5VDC.
- Since the amp is a class D, its very efficient (over 90% efficient when driving an 8Ω speaker at over half a Watt) - making it perfect for portable and battery-powered projects. It has built in thermal and over-current protection but we could barely tell it got hot. There's even a volume trim pot so you can adjust the volume on the board down from the default 24dB gain.
- The A+ and A- inputs of the amplifier go through 1.0uF capacitors, so they are fully 'differential' - if you don't have differential outputs, simply tie the Audio- pin to ground.

The output is a high frequency 250KHz square wave PWM that is then 'averaged out' by the speaker coil - the high frequencies are not heard. I have been using this for a couple days now, so far so good! It works well with my speakers for both wireless streaming and power to the subwoofer. Installation was easy since all I had to do was plug in the HDMI cables. I checked out the music on Spotify and Tunein radio, both of which worked without issues. When I streamed music over the network, the sound quality was pretty good with a steady WiFi connection. Connecting this product to my speakers and subwoofer was very simple. The color scheme fits well with my speaker and TV. I did not use the app much, but it is straightforward and easy to understand so I see no issue there. This product works great for listening to music wirelessly without any hiccups or waiting periods for buffering. I’ve had this for over two weeks and its great! I’ve watched videos on my phone with loud music, played xbox one, went outside while playing my phone. The battery will last about 6 hours but it depends on how loud you have it set to. just keep in mind that if your higher than 60% volume you do get a little distortion but that can be expected when it comes to this type of devices. The Bluetooth pairs up quickly with my phone and I don’t have any issues with the connection. The sound is so much better than my laptop speakers! It’s also great because you can use it anywhere in the room because it does not get hot at all.

I bought this amplifier board last week to make a cheap sound system for my room. I’ve tried it with my iPhone and the sound quality is great! I hooked it up to my car speakers and was able to blast my music up to ear splitting levels. It was really loud, but the quality of the sound was also excellent which is important for an audio enthusiast like me. The price on Amazon is one of the best prices I have seen for this type of amplifier, which makes it affordable for me. There are a few things that you should know before buying though. The input voltage range of the module is 8-26V, so you can power it with 12V or 24V depending on your preference.
Additionally, there are no instructions on how to hook up your speakers or amp into the module, so if you are not good at audio stuff, you should leave it to a professional. One thing to note however is that this doesn’t have a high pass filter, which means it will play all the low frequencies. If you are hooking it up to your car or home stereo then you should consider getting one with a high pass filter built in so any low bass can be filtered out. Also, I’d recommend picking up some speaker wire to make a low cost sound system. Other than that, I have been very happy with my purchase and would recommend this product.
